These terms govern your use of ElkSpotter PA. By creating an account or submitting a sighting, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your content
You are responsible for the photos, videos, notes, and other content you submit. You confirm that you own or have the right to share any media you upload.
Public sightings
All sightings are visible to everyone. Do not submit content that reveals private property locations without permission, or that you would not want made public.
Responsible use
- Observe wildlife from a safe, legal distance and follow the in-app Safety Guidelines.
- Do not approach, feed, harass, or otherwise disturb elk or other wildlife.
- Do not trespass on private land or post locations that encourage others to.
- Do not submit false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove access for conduct that violates these terms.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or availability. Sighting reports reflect community submissions and may be outdated or incorrect; always use your own judgment and follow official guidance from the Pennsylvania Game Commission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElkSpotter PA is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on sighting information, including during wildlife viewing trips.
